  4. Ask customers for Google reviews and reply to them.
  5. Make sure your site is indexed in Google Search (check Google Search Console).

Why does Gemini name other businesses and not me?

Is Gemini the same as Google AI Overviews?

No. Gemini is Google’s assistant app and model; AI Overviews are AI-written summaries inside Google Search results. AIRank tests Gemini through its API but does not currently test AI Overviews.

Does blocking Google-Extended hide me from Gemini?

Google documents Google-Extended as a training control that is separate from Google Search inclusion.

Which AI assistants do you check?

ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, through each vendor's API with web search where the vendor offers it. Every report names the assistants that actually answered; an assistant that fails is marked unavailable, never counted against you. Google AI Overviews is not tested.
