What is AI visibility?
AI visibility is how often AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity name your business when people ask questions your business should be an answer to, like “best plumber in Whitby”.
Why would AI recommend a competitor instead of me?
An answer alone cannot establish why an assistant chose a competitor. AIRank shows which businesses were named and which sources were cited, giving your team specific evidence to investigate instead of guessing.
Is AI search replacing Google?
AI assistants and traditional search offer different ways for customers to discover businesses. AIRank focuses on assistant answers and complements conventional search reporting.
How AIRank measures
Why are results shown as a range?
AI assistants give different answers when asked the same question twice. We can ask questions more than once and show a range around the result. A wide range means more uncertainty. Compare reports using the same questions, assistants and settings; a small difference may simply reflect different answers.
Will customers see the same AI answers as my report?
Not always. We use each assistant’s business-facing connection, called an API. Its public app may use a person’s location, history or different settings. We record the questions and answers from your assessment so you can inspect the result.
Do you check Google AI Overviews?
Not currently. AIRank tests ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity.
Ordering, pricing and delivery
What does the report include?
Your report includes the questions tested, original AI answers, source links where available, competing businesses mentioned and recommended actions. You receive a private report link and a downloadable copy.
How much does a report cost?
An AI visibility report costs $39 CAD per business, plus applicable tax. This is a one-time purchase. Each additional business costs $39 CAD, and you can include up to five businesses in one order.
How do I order a report?
Enter your contact details, business name and city, then complete payment. We prepare your assessment after payment confirmation and send your private report link when it is ready.
Do I need a website?
A website is optional. Your business name and city allow us to check whether AI assistants mention your business. Website-specific checks are included when a website is provided.
Which AI assistants are covered?
AIRank supports assessments across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity. Your report identifies the assistants checked and the results available for your assessment.
When will I receive my report?
Your assessment begins after payment is confirmed. You can track its status using your private order link, and our team will notify you when the report is ready.
Can AIRank build my website or manage AI advertising?
Yes. We offer website development and AI advertising as separately quoted services. You can enquire with an existing business or a new business idea. The report price covers the visibility assessment only.
Can I order another report later?
Yes. Order a new report whenever you need an updated assessment. Each report is purchased separately.
