What to expect from AIRank.

AI visibility reports

We ask AI assistants questions about your business and record their answers. Your report includes completed checks, source links when provided, business mentions and suggested next steps. It describes the answers collected on the assessment date. It does not test every AI app or promise future recommendations. The sample report uses a fictional business to show the format.

Ordering a report

Enter your contact details, business name and city, with a website if you have one. The next step is payment. Your order remains awaiting payment until we verify receipt. We prepare and deliver the report only after payment is confirmed.

Starter pricing and payment

Starter costs $39 CAD per business, per report, plus applicable tax. You can order reports for one to five businesses together at that price for each business. Review the final total on your checkout page or invoice before paying. Card payments, when available, are processed through Stripe’s secure checkout. If card checkout is not active for your order, we send an invoice and payment instructions.

Each purchase includes one report for each selected business. Future reports are ordered separately. Website development, advertising services and advertising budgets are separately quoted.

Website development

Website development is a separately quoted service for existing businesses and people starting with a business idea. We agree in writing on the pages, features, content responsibilities, fees, hosting and domain costs, delivery date, and any ongoing support before work starts. Sending a project enquiry does not take payment or authorize a campaign. Project-specific cancellation and refund terms are stated in the agreed proposal.

AI advertising services

Advertising setup and optional ongoing management are quoted separately from Starter. Your proposal identifies suitable platforms, the work included, our fees and the budget paid to ad platforms. Platform availability and account approval may limit where ads can run. We require your agreement to the work, account access and budget before launching a campaign. We do not sell control over an assistant’s unpaid answers or guarantee advertising results.

Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Delivery details are confirmed with your order. Cancellation and refund requests are handled under our refund policy. Website and advertising projects follow the terms in their approved proposals.

Understanding your results

We use each assistant’s business-facing connection, called an API. Answers may differ from its public app and may change over time. Checks that fail or cannot be completed are shown separately. Review recommendations with your team before acting. Starter does not include website edits, an independent audit of your listings, continuous monitoring or PDF exports.

Your information and private links

Only submit business details and websites you own, represent or have permission to review. Keep report and confirmation links secure: someone holding an authorized link may be able to read its contents. Never send passwords, account keys or sensitive payment information through our forms.

Contact our team and include your order reference. We confirm any change to the work you have agreed to in writing.
